Ingredients to make Cauliflower kofte

  • 1 cup grated C(fulgobhi)
  • 4 spoons gram flour (besan)
  • ginger-Garlic paste
  • 2-3 onions paste
  • Gunpowder (garam masala)
  • salt
  • red chilly powder
  • turmeric
  • 1 spoon curd
  • oil for frying
  • Chopped coriander leaves

How to make Cauliflower kofte

  1. Take 1 spoon oil in a pan add cauliflower, 1/2 spoon ginger- garlic paste, add salt and saute it.
  2. Now add spices. Saute well .
  3. Now add besan (gram flour), saute it and cover the lid.
  4. Now dough is ready, make small balls of this.
  5. Fry the ball in oil till golden brown.
  6. Now prepare paste of spices
  7. Pour oil in pan, add all this one by one and saute it.
  8. Add dry spices.
  9. Add the spices in the paste.
  10. Now add water and salt and let boil.
  11. Switch off the gas and add the fried kofte in it.
  12. Serve with chapati or rice.
