Ingredients to make Shahi oats pasta

  • One packet spagetti
  • 1-2 bell pepers
  • 1-2 carrots
  • Some french beans
  • 2 big onions
  • Some cloves of garlic
  • One packet saffola red tomato oats
  • Salt, pepper, white pepper

How to make Shahi oats pasta

  1. Fistly boil the water and add salt and few drops of olive oil in the water so that the pasta strings dnt stick to each other.
  2. Add pasta to the water. Dnt break the stips of spahgetti they will slowly get into water when the strips in water will get somewhat soft.
  3. In next pan prepare the tangy tomatoe oats acc. To the quantity of the pasta. It should not be too liquid or thick.
  4. Grind the cooked oats when they get somewhat cool to make its pury
  5. Now when the pury is done and the pan is free now sautae the veggies firstly garlic till it starts to be golden. Then onions till they get translucent golden. Now add all the veggeis like carrot, bell peppers, french beans. Satue them till they are cooked but have crunch.
  6. Now add the oats purey in the sauted veggies.and add all the spices like salt red pepper and a pinch of black pepper and white pepper according to taste.
  7. The pasta should be par boiled and kept direct under cold water so as to stop the further cooking. It should be par boiled so as when mixed with the gravey it should not get over cooked and mashy.
  8. Add the pasta in the gravy and stir and mix it.
  9. Cook it for 5-6 min. So that all the gravy and spices get mixed well with the pasta and pasta also gets perfectly cooked.
  10. Serve the hot pasta by garnishing it with mint and basil leaves. As basil leaves are imp. component in italian cooking and gives it good taste texture and appearance.
