ABOUT Microwave golpapdi RECIPE

A traditional dessert, ready in jiffy in microwave and equally sumptuous to eat.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1/2 cup wheat flour
  2. 4 tbsp ghee
  3. 5 tbsp grated jaggery
  4. 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
  5. 1/4 tsp poppy seeds
  6. Ghee (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Grease a dish with ghee, sprinkle poppy seeds on it and keep aside.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl,add wheat flour and ghee and microwave on high for 3 and half mins to 4 mins, mixing in intervals.
  3. See the doneness of flour,and mix grated jaggery and cardamom powder to it.mix well.
  4. Spread it in the greased plate on the poppy seeds when still warm.
  5. Cut into diamond shapes when still warm.
  6. Cool it and serve.
