Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. To make dough :
  2. Maida 1cup
  3. Salt Pinch
  4. Chopped coriander [handful]
  5. Dried thyme 1 tsp
  6. Beetroot juice 4 tsp
  7. For stuffing :
  8. Chicken kheema 1cup
  9. Green peas keema 1/2 cup
  10. Chopped ginger 1tsp
  11. Chopped green chillies 4
  12. Salt
  13. Jeera powder 1tsp
  14. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  15. Garam masala powder 1tsp
  16. Black pepper powder 1tsp
  17. Oil or butter for frying

Instructions

  1. Make a semi soft dough with the ingredients mentioned in the list for the dough and keep aside for resting.
  2. Heat a pan with little oil, shallow fry the chicken kheema and peas kheema together.
  3. Now transfer into a bowl and mix rest of the ingredients together with the cooked kheema mixture.
  4. Now divide the dough into 8 equal parts and then make roundels.
  5. Now stuff each roundel with the stuffing and reshape them. Now roll them as we roll stuffed parathas.
  6. Shallow fry these with little oil/butter on a heated tawa.
  7. Serve hot with dahi or green chutney.
  8. Sprinkle with chaat masala if desired.
