Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Brown Bread 6 piece
  2. 1 tablespoon Semolina
  3. 1 tablespoon oats powder
  4. Salt
  5. Spinach puree 3-4 tablespoon
  6. Crushed pepper
  7. Chopped tomato 1
  8. Chopped onion 1
  9. oil


  1. Cut the breads in roundels.
  2. Take a large bowl and add 1 tablespoon semolina, 1 tablespoon oats powder, salt, spinach puree, pepper powder, and mix everything together.
  3. Apply this mixture onto the bread slices evenly.
  4. Now sprinkle some chopped onion and tomato on top.
  5. Heat very little oil in a nonstick pan, and put the coated bread slices.
  6. Once the bread is golden and crisp flip it carefully with spatula and cook for 2 minutes , making sure that the green part is cooked enough, add very little oil again if required. serve hot.
