pizza is a spicy and delicious recipe but this ones is with a twist of semolina and without the refined flour, so a bit extra healthy. . This recipe is from Chef Gurdip's cook book.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Semolina 1cup roasted
  2. Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
  3. Paneer 1/2 cup
  4. Onion 1 slices
  5. Capsicum 1/2 slices
  6. carrot 1/2 grated
  7. Peas 1/2 cup boiled
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Chilly sauce 1/4 tsp
  10. Oregano 1/2 tsp
  11. Mustard seeds 1tsp
  12. Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  13. Vinegar 1/3 tsp
  14. Tomato sauce 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a pan add roasted semolina and milk cook for 2 minutes and then spread this batter, thick enough, take out Keep aside on a plate for 10 minutes.
  2. In another pan add oil followed by mustard seeds. Once they start crackling , then add onion, capsicum, carrot mix it well.
  3. Add salt, black pepper, tomato sauce, chilly sauce, vinegar, soya sauce, oregano it saute it on medium flame and cook till it becomes little soft . stuffing is ready.
  4. Take a pizza base apply stuffing and sprinkle paneer , and serve.
