Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Mashed paneer - 1/2 Cup
  2. Suji (semolina) - 1 Cup
  3. Grated ginger - 1 teaspoon
  4. Finely chopped chilli - 2
  5. Salt (as per taste)
  6. Oil - 2 teaspoon
  7. Curry leaves - 10 to 15 leaves
  8. Finely chopped chilli - 2
  9. Finely chopped onion - 2
  10. Green peas - 1 Cup
  11. Mashed paneer - 1/2 Cup
  12. Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  13. Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  14. Oil for greasing
  15. Rai - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix suji, mashed paneer, salt, grated ginger, finely chopped chilli together.
  2. Add water and make a thick batter (consistency should be like that of idli batter). Keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in pan, add rai, curry leaves, finely chopped chilli, onions, green peas and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add mashed paneer, garam masala, salt and chilli powder. Stir for 3 minutes. Filling is ready.
  5. Now heat the non stick tawa. Grease the tawa with one teaspoon oil. Spread the batter on the tawa. Cook on both sides for 2 minutes and the roll is ready.
  6. 15. Stuff the prepared vegetable filling in the roll.
  7. Suji Paneer rolls are ready. You can cut them in pieces before serving if you want.
