Ingredients Serving: 10
Flax seed powder - 1 cup
Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
Powdered jaggery - 1 cup
ghee - 1 and 1/ 4 cup
Finely chopped almonds - 2 tbsp
Sesame seeds - 2 Tbsp
Instructions
Dry roast flax seed powder on low heat and keep aside once a pleasant aroma is released
Dry roast the sesame seeds on low heat till they pop. Keep aside
Heat ghee in a thick bottomed pan and roast the wheat flour in it, until darker in colour and it starts releasing a pleasant aroma
Add in the jaggery and mix to combine. Add in all other ingredients and mix thoroughly
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Take a little mixture between greased palms, press and form into balls/ bites. The laddoo mix needs to warm else the balls will not be formed.
Cool and store in an air tight container
