Ingredients to make Jaggery lollipop

  • Half cup powdered jaggery
  • 1/4 cup slightly roasted rolling oats
  • 1/4 cup slightly roasted and chopped walnuts and almonds
  • One tbsp slightly roasted Seasme seeds
  • 2 tbsp ghee / clarified butter

How to make Jaggery lollipop

  1. Heat ghee / clarified butter in a broad pan, add the jaggery and cook on a slow flame till the jaggery starts melting, while stirring continuesly.
  2. Remove from flame , add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Grease your palm with ghee / clarified butter. Devide the mix into equal portions . Shape each portion into a round ball. Insert a small stick into the center of the ball . Jaggery lollipops are ready .
  4. Cool completely and store in airtight container.
