Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. water 2 liter
  2. Mustard seeds 100 gm [coarsely ground]
  3. Salt to taste
  4. RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TBSP
  5. black carrot 300 gm

Instructions

  1. wash and cut carrot into tiny pieces.
  2. Fill the water in a glass jar, add the carrot.
  3. add salt chilli powder, mustard ,mix well put the cap tightly
  4. keep under sunlight till 4 or 5 days. Now sieve it and is ready to be served.
