Ingredients to make kali gajar kaanji

  • 11/2 litre water
  • 350 gm black carrot
  • black mustard seeds
  • black salt 1 tbsp
  • salt 2 tspn
  • red chilli powder 1 tspn

How to make kali gajar kaanji

  1. clean and cut carrots
  2. in a glass jar add water . carrots red chilli powder salt ( both )
  3. grind mustard seeds and add to water
  4. mix well cover the jar
  5. keep under sunlight for a week
