ABOUT Veggie Cheesy Mayo Bites RECIPE

Completely kids friendly recipe with creamy taste of cheese and mayonnaise along with vegetables.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 6 White bread slice
  2. Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  3. Cheese slice 2
  4. 1/4 cup finely chhoped carrot
  5. 1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
  6. 1 small sized onion finely chhoped
  7. 1 small sized tomato finely chhoped
  8. Coriander chutney 2 to 3 tbsp
  9. Tomato ketchup 2 to 3 tbsp
  10. Chilly flakes 1 tsp
  11. Oregano mix 1 tsp
  12. 1 tbsp Parsley finely chopped
  13. Black olives (optional)
  14. toothpicks

Instructions

  1. First cut each bread slice into 4 square pieces.
  2. Now cut each cheese slice into 4 pieces and keep them aside.
  3. By this you will get total 24 pieces of bread and 8 pieces of cheese slice.
  4. In a mixing bowl, add all the vegetables and mayonnaise and mix well.
  5. Now mix chilly flakes and oregano and mix again properly and keep aside.
  6. Now first take a square of bread and spread coriander chutney on it evenly with the help of spatula.
  7. Then place some vegetable mayonnaise mix and cover with another square piece of a bread.
  8. Spread tomato ketchup on this square piece and again place vegetable mayonnaise mix on this piece.
  9. Cover again with another bread piece.
  10. Now place one piece of cheese slice on it.
  11. Insert a toothpick to hold layers by placing a Olive ring on the top.
  12. Repeat the same process and prepare all bites.
  13. Lastly sprinkle some chilly flakes and oregano and serve immediately.
