Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  2. Butter - 1/2 tablespoon
  3. Cream - 1/2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Melt sugar on very low flame, caramelize it.
  2. As sugar caramelizes, turn off the flame.
  3. Add butter, mix well again, put on very low flame. Cook for few seconds, then turn off flame.
  4. Now add cream, mix well, at this stage caramel will become hard, do not worry it is ok, again put on very low flame and cook till caramel dissolves and cook more till comes to the consistency of cream.
  5. Immediately pour over greased foil, as it spreads do not worry, let it spread.
  6. Now as it sets after few minutes but not hard, cut out with bottle cap and give shape with your hands like butterscotch candy. Leave for sometime as the candy cools, it will become hard outside and soft while eating.

Only 3 ingredients, and home made candy for kids... this is absolutely delightful.
