Spring Paneer Bhurji

Ingredients to make Spring Paneer Bhurji

  • spring onion a bunch
  • paneer 100gm
  • garlic 5 to 6 cloves
  • tomato 1
  • cumin seeds 1/2 spoon
  • turmeric 1/2 spoon
  • red chilli 1/2 spoon
  • Garam masala a pinch
  • coriander leaves for garnish

How to make Spring Paneer Bhurji

  1. Take a pan, heat oil.
  2. Add cumin seeds.
  3. Add chopped garlic and saute them till garlic is roasted well.
  4. Then add chopped tomatoes and mix well.
  5. When tomatoes get cooked, add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and garam masala.
  6. Add spring onions, mix well and close the pan till spring onions get cooked.
  7. Then add paneer and chopped coriander and mix well.
