ABOUT Paneer with Spring Onion RECIPE

Try this very easy and yummy , healthy Paneer recipe , very much different from other paneer recipes , from the book " Micro oven Ee Ranna " by Bela Dey and Bina Debi .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer blanched 250 gms
  2. Spring onion 150 gms chopped
  3. Onion sliced 1
  4. Garlic 8 pods
  5. Green Chilli chopped 1
  6. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Tomato sauce 1 tsp
  8. Tomato puree 3 /4 cup
  9. Cloves 3
  10. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Oil 3 tsp
  12. Cooking cream 2 tsp
  13. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  14. Curry powder 1 tsp
  15. coriander powder 1 tsp
  16. Salt

Instructions

  1. Heat oil
  2. Add cloves
  3. Add onion slices
  4. Add crushed garlic
  5. Saute until translucent
  6. Now add curry powder , coriander powder and turmeric powder
  7. Saute for 2 mins
  8. Add chilli powder , garam masala powder
  9. Add tomato sauce and tomato puree
  10. Cook for 4_5 mins
  11. Add salt
  12. Now add 3/4 cup of water , spring onion , chilli and paneer pieces
  13. Add 1/2 tsp sugar if you want
  14. Add cream
  15. Serve hot with steamed rice or roti
