Dishes with onions adorn our kitchen ,here I have created a basic green onion base for our break fast omlettes fillings, or noodles haaka mix or a noodle mexican base and Egg base.Tried a paneer Pav bhaji with this base.enjoy

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 bunches Spring /green onion with some buds too
  2. 1 big onion shredded
  3. 50 grams paneer fresh
  4. 2-large tomatoes chopped fine
  5. 1tspn Garlic crush
  6. 1 tspn red chilli powder
  7. 1tspn Cummin
  8. 1tblspn Pav bhaji masala
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Pinch of turmeric
  11. 2 tblspn Oil to cook
  12. 25 grams Amul butter


  1. Heat oil in a pan saute shredded onions and garlic crush
  2. Add salt turmeric saute .
  3. Add green onions and stems chopped
  4. Add tomatoes and corriander
  5. Add red chilli powder cummin powder and Pav bhaji masala and cook 2 minutes
  6. Add sum water to cook well and blend when little cool,keep aside
  7. Keep blend bhaji aside
  8. Now heat sum butter ,saute paneer pieces
  9. Add the cooking colour to the paneer and remove it from flame
  10. Add this mix to the pav bhaji ready with you
  11. Mix lightly both so as to not break paneer
  12. Put frozen butter on top , for Pav bhaji look and serve with great Pav or even bread rolls
