Ingredients to make Purse Sandwich

  • Boiled potato 1
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • salt as desired
  • coriander leaves - chopped little
  • tomato ketchup 1 tsp
  • chopped onion 1
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Bread slice 3

How to make Purse Sandwich

  1. Boil and mash the potato. Add salt and spices in it. Add little chopped coriander leaves.
  2. Take a slice put another slice overlapping it little and third one overlapping the second one.
  3. Over the first slice apply potato filling, sauce over the second and roll it tightly.
  4. In a pan put little butter and cook the sandwich on both sides.
  5. I added a pea on the top which looked like a button and sauce as a chain.
  6. Garnished with chopped onion.

Enjoy with chutney or sauce.
