ABOUT Coconut Balls (Pakoda) RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. One cup coconut freshly grated
  2. One fourth cup sugar
  3. One cup rice flour
  4. Half tsp baking powder
  5. One fourth tsp cinnamon powder
  6. Two table spoon maida
  7. Two or three table spoon water
  8. one tsp ghee
  9. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, mix all the ingredients well. Sugar should be completely dissolved.
  2. The dough must be thick neither too hard nor too soft.
  3. Make balls with hand and deep fry.
  4. Fry till golden.
