Ingredients to make Mushroom onion bhaji

  • Button mushrooms 100 gm
  • 2 big size onion [chopped]
  • mustard oil 2 tbsp
  • Rai [mustard seeds] for tadka 1/2tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Mushroom onion bhaji

  1. Heat some oil in a pan, when heated, add mustard seeds.
  2. Then add the chopped onion and saute for sometime.
  3. When the onions are translucent, add the diced button mushrooms.
  4. Add the powdered masalas, and salt.
  5. Mix everything together and cook for sometime. Do not add any extra water, serve hot.
