My lil daughter loves dessert with strawberry flavour..so tried this sorbet recipe from book THE COOKS ILLUSTRATED COOKBOOK written by BRANDIE VALUNZUELSA. Yummy dessert that too when combined with dark chocolate,

Ingredients Serving: 5

Lemon 4 dtops
Strawberry - 10 medium size
Sugar-1/2 sugar
salt- a pinch
Water -1/4 cup
For chocolate sofa
Dark chocolate or choco chips
A baloon (as per you tube video)

Instructions

Add sugar and water in pan cook till it reaches high boiling point..And keep flame in medium and stir till sugar dissolves.
Switch off flame n let it get cool
Now clean strawberry and blend it in a mixer ..You will find some chunks left out ..Let it be
Now add lemon juice salt and syrup into strawberry and blend well till smooth
Now take a metal pan of 9"
Add the mixture and put it in freezer
No need to cover
Mix with fork every 30 min
For 4 or 5 times
Now leave it till it sets..Then transfer it to airtight container and store till you serve.
Everytime after mixing the mixture with fork level it evenly to make uniform mixture
For making chocolate bowl or Chocolate sofa ..melt choco chip or compound chocolate in a double boiler or microwave and using mould make it
