Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sooji 1 tbsp
  2. Onion 1 small
  3. Tomato 1 small
  4. Capsicum 1/2
  5. Milk cream 1 tbsp
  6. Bread 2-4 slices
  7. Pepper (to taste)
  8. Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Finely chop onions, tomatoes and capsicum.
  2. Mix salt and ground pepper in it
  3. Mix cream and semolina in a bowl and stir till the mixture becomes uniform.
  4. Add vegetable to semolina mixture and keep aside.
  5. Heat a flat pan and grease it slightly with oil or butter.
  6. Take a bread piece and top it with semolina mixture.
  7. Place it on the pan gently and cover the pan with a lid. Keep the burner on low heat.
  8. After half a minute, turn the bread gently to cook the other side.
  9. Remove from the pan and serve with mayonnaise or the dressing of your choice.
