ABOUT Digestive Biscuit RECIPE

whole wheat healthy digestive biscuits with the fullness of fibre that can be easily made at home. Nowdays everyone started worrying about health and are migrating to whole wheat stuffs..so lets make out healthy biscuit right at home.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3/4cup whole wheat flour
  2. 3/4cup oats coarsely ground
  3. 1/2cup Brown sugar tightly packed
  4. 1/2tsp baking soda
  5. 1/4cup butter
  6. 3 spoon milk to knead

Instructions

  1. MIX together wheat flour , oats, sugar, baking soda, butter and mix together like crumbs then add slowly milk to knead a dough then keep in fridge for mins to rest.
  2. Roll the dough and cut into desired shapes, bake these at 180 degree celsius for 15-17 minutes. cool and serve.
