Spicy fish fillets

Ingredients to make Spicy fish fillets

  • Fish fillets 300 gm
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tspn
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tspn
  • vinegar 2 tspn
  • oil 5 tspn
  • Orange colour a pinch

How to make Spicy fish fillets

  1. Wash and squeeze water from fillets
  2. Make a marinade of vinegar salt chilli powder ginger garlic paste colour and one tspn oil
  3. Add fillets in it
  4. Let it marinate for 30 minutes
  5. I'm nonstick grilled pan add some oil and place fillets in it cook from both sides . Done ✅

My Tip:

Take 2 tbsp mayonnaise add 1/2 tspn of English mustered sauce add 1/2 tspn of vinegar and little bit of salt it's perfect dip for fish
