Ingredients to make Eggless whole wheat cooker cake

  • Chocolate flavoured icecream powder - 1 cup
  • wheat flour - 1 Cup
  • Cocoa powder - 1 cup
  • Fresh cream - 1 cup
  • Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
  • honey - 1 tbsp
  • Unsalted butter - 1 tbsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence - 2 tsp
  • butter for greasing
  • Chocolate syrup for glazing cake

How to make Eggless whole wheat cooker cake

  1. Take a mixing bowl. Combine dry ingredients like cocoa powder, ice cream powder, powdered sugar and wheat flour.
  2. Take another bowl. Add fresh cream, melted butter, vanilla essence, honey and baking soda and whisk well.
  3. Now combine both wet and dry ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Add little milk if the batter is too thick.
  5. Take a greased tray and pour the batter.
  6. Top it with chopped walnuts.
  7. Heat a pressure cooker with little water and a perforated stand.
  8. Once hot, keep the batter tray and close the lid without adding whistle.
  9. Keep the flame high for 4-5 minutes, then lower the flame and bake it for 35 minutes.
  10. Once baked, open the lid and let the vapour escape.
  11. Switch off the flame and remove the cake tray.
  12. Cool the cake and pour chocolate syrup.
  13. Serve immediately.

My Tip:

You can increase the amount of powdered sugar as per your taste.
