Ingredients to make Masala namkeen mathri

  • 2 cup all pupose flour
  • 1/2 cup suji or rawa
  • 1/4 gram flour
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain
  • 1/2 Tsp Saunf/ fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsp crushed pepper corn
  • 1/2 tsp roast cumin
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt as per taste
  • 2-3 tbsp oil for dough
  • water for kneading dough
  • oil for frying

How to make Masala namkeen mathri

  1. Mix all the ingredients except water and oil. Now add 2-3 tbsp oil to get a crumbly texture. Then add water in small quantity.
  2. Knead the dough but not too soft neither hard. Cover and keep side for 15-20 minutes.
  3. After that take a ball size dough roll it down and with the help of any thing cut it in a round shapes.
  4. Make holes with fork in it.
  5. Then heat oil and fry them at medium flame till they turn golden brown from both sides.
  6. Serve with tea.
