Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups boiled left over rice
  2. A tin of Tuna in brine
  3. 1 big Boil potato
  4. 1 egg
  5. A bread slice (to firm)
  6. Oil to deep fry
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tspn corriander powder
  9. 1 tspn Garam Masala
  10. 1 tspn Paparika
  11. Bread crumbs
  12. Corriander to mix and garnish
  13. Green chutney (Corriander mint )
  14. 2-3 tspn curds


  1. Strain brine of Tuna in a mesh, keep aside
  2. Take boiled rice in a plate, mash potato into it
  3. Add the Tuna flakes and seasoning too mix well
  4. Grind this in mixer
  5. Add the egg to it and bread slice break into it too ,mix well into paste
  6. Mix into a paste
  7. Now grease palm and make balls ,and heat oil to fry in a kadai
  8. Fry golden brown and serve with green chutney mixed with sum curd or your choice
