ABOUT Garlic noodles RECIPE

Everybody probably loves the Indo chinese food available every where in India, so here is something which is inspired from the same. Follow this easy recipe to make some delicious garlic noodles at home.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Noodles - 1 packet
  2. soya sauce - 1 tbsp
  3. Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
  4. Chopped veggies of your choice [carrots, capsicum, beans, spring onions] - 1/2 cup
  5. Chopped ginger and garlic - 1 tbsp
  6. oil
  7. vinegar - 1 tsp
  8. Green chilly sauce - 2 tsp
  9. ajinamoto [optional] - 1/4 th tsp
  10. salt
  11. red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles with little salt, oil in boiling water, drain and keep aside.
  2. Heat a wok with some oil, add chopped ginger and garlic. Once they smell , add the chopped vegetables. stir and cook on a high flame.
  3. Add salt, red chilly powder, and the sauces. stir and cook for few seconds.
  4. Add the ajinamoto as well. Then add the boiled noodles and give it a good stir, serve hot.
