Green Prawns Curry

Ingredients to make Green Prawns Curry

  • Prawns – 350g
  • coconut – ½ cup
  • coriander leaves – 1 cup
  • onion (Chopped)- 1
  • green chilly – 2
  • cumin seeds – ½ tsp
  • pepper powder– ½ tsp
  • turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  • cinnamon – ½ inch stick
  • cardamoms (crushed)– 3
  • Dry red chilly – 1
  • ginger Garlic paste – ½ tsp
  • salt
  • oil

How to make Green Prawns Curry

  1. Grind coconut, coriander, ½ onion, green chilly, Cumin seeds, pepper powder, turmeric powder into smooth paste adding water.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add cinnamon sticks, crushed cardamoms, whole red chillies and fry well adding the balance chopped onion.
  3. Add the grinded masala, salt and prawns.
  4. Add ½ cup of water and cook well.
