ABOUT Baked Poha Cutlet RECIPE

My little one loves cutlet and so do I.I wanted to bake it and was successful!it is soft and yummy and a must try!

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Poha 1 cup
  2. Water to soak it
  3. Boiled medium size potato 1
  4. A pinch of turmeric powder and coriender powder
  5. Few coriander leaves
  6. Salt
  7. Green chillies 2 (Finley chopped)

Instructions

  1. Soak POHA in water and let it rest for ten min. Do not add too much water,just till they are soaked
  2. in a bowl take boiled potatoes powder salt coriander and Poha and mix everything well to make a dough
  3. Grease you palm with oil and make round balls. Flatten them lightly
  4. In the meantime preheat oven at 170 degree C
  5. Grease a baking tray with oil keep the flattened balls in it with equal spacing between each other
  6. Bake it at 180degree C for 10 min then turn it and bake for another 10 min
  7. Now your cutlet is ready to serve with tomato ketchup
  8. Grease your hands with oil in between to make balls
