ABOUT Tilwa (Chiwda laddoos) RECIPE

As chiwda already known for its amaxing health benifits ,this recipe doubles the nutrients with fresh sugarcane juice. It boosts your iron level if taken daily.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Fresh sugarcane juice 2ltrs
  2. Brick oven roasted fresh chiwda 1kg
  3. Grated ginger 150 grams

Instructions

  1. Start boiling the sugarcane juice and keep stirring.
  2. Boil this juice till it gains double thread syrupy consistency.
  3. Now add grated ginger to it and mix properly.
  4. Add freshly roasted chiwda to the juice syrup and put this mixture off the heat.
  5. Start making laddoos from this mixture and store them in air tight container after cooling them to the normal temperature.
  6. Enjoy eating the goodness of rice.
