Spaghetti tossed in rich spinach pesto with m mild flavored herbs.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled whole wheat spaghetti 1 bowl
  2. Blanched spinach 1 cup
  3. Pine nuts 3 tbs or walnuts 3 tbs
  4. Pepper powder 1 tsp
  5. Chilli flex 1 tsp
  6. Fresh or dried basil 1 tbs
  7. Mixed herbs or pasta mix herbs 11tsp
  8. Red and yellow bell pepper cut in cubs 1 cup
  9. Zucchini cut in cube 1/2 cup
  10. 1 Onions cut in cube
  11. Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  12. Salt
  13. Cooking cream 1/2 cup
  14. Cheese 2 cube
  15. Parmesan cheese 1 tbs
  16. Olive oil 3 tbs
  17. Black Olives
  18. Jalapeno 4 to 5 piece


  1. Grind blanched spinach, pine nuts, basil and black pepper in mixture and make fine paste. Spinach Pesto is ready.
  2. Heat a pan add olive oil and toss garlic, onions, bell pepper and zucchini. Add mixed herbs, chilli flex and salt.
  3. Add boiled spaghetti, spinach pesto, cooking cream, salt, black olives, jalapeno and parmesan cheese. Spaghetti with spinach pesto is ready to serve.
  4. Serve Spaghetti in a deep dish drizzle olive oil and grated cheese with tossed garlic bread.
