Goodness of brocolli with fibre of whole wheat!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup
  2. Brocolli 1 small
  3. Onion 1 finelly chopped
  4. Salt acc to taste
  5. Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  6. Asfoetida 1/2 tsp
  7. Chaat masala 1/4 tsp
  8. Green chilly 1 finely chopped
  9. Ghee 1tbs

Instructions

  1. Boil brocolli for 2-3 min
  2. Knead dough of flour with water
  3. In a bowl chop boiled brocolli,add onion and all spices
  4. Mix well
  5. Make chapatis of dough and fill brocolli mixture
  6. Make prantha with ghee

This is a true healthy paratha, i hate broccoli but will surely try having it this way...
