Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Urad dal 2 cup
  2. Moong dale/2cup
  3. Curd half kg
  4. Tamarind sauce according to taste
  5. Salt 3tsp
  6. Sugar 2tsp
  7. Roasted cumin 1tsp
  8. Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
  9. Baking powder 1/2tsp
  10. Oil for frying
  11. Dry fruits( almond raisin pistachio)


  1. Soak dal for 2 hours
  2. Make a smooth paste out of it add 1tsp salt and baking powder. Whisk it with a electric beater on high speed for about 5 min.
  3. Take a thin handkerchief on a flat surface tap the centre with water take a tbsp of batter and flatten it keep some dry fruits fold the cloth to make a gujhia
  4. Gently pick it up and slip into the medium hot oil fry till golden on low flame
  5. Prepare all like this keep the bhallas in warm water for 5 min
  6. Now beat curd with a hand beater add remaining salt sugar
  7. Drain all bhallas and add into the curd
  8. Garnish with chilli powder,cumin tamarind sauce and coriander
