Ingredients to make Dahi Bhalla Chaat

  • dahi Bhalla ready made mix
  • dahi 1kg
  • sugar -1 1/2 cup
  • cumin seeds powder-2 tbsp
  • Black salt-1/2 tsp
  • salt-1/2 tsp
  • black pepper powder-1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala-1 1/2 tbsp
  • oil
  • green chillies chopped to taste
  • mint leaves chopped -1tsp
  • imli ki chutney 1 cup
  • green chutney 1 cup

How to make Dahi Bhalla Chaat

  1. Prepare batter for bhalla as per instructions on the pack
  2. After that make small balls with bhalla batter and deep fry all balls
  3. Once bhallas are ready, soak them in cold water for 1 hour
  4. Put a bowl add dahi ,salt,black salt ,chaat masala,black paper powder,cumin seeds powder and mix it
  5. Then add green chilli s ,mint leaves and mix it again. Squeeze water out of bhallas
  6. Take small bowls and then put 2-3 bhallas. add dahi ,imli chutney,green chutney and then sprinkle some chaat masala and garnish with mint leaves
  7. serve
