Ingredients to make Schezwan Rice

  • Raw rice boiled 1 cup
  • spring onion roundels 1/2 cup
  • Cabbage,carrot,capsicum cut finely lengthwise 1/4 cup each
  • spring onion tops cut finely 1/2 cup
  • salt 1 tsp
  • Schezwan sauce 1 cup

How to make Schezwan Rice

  1. Heat one cup schezwan sauce for a min on high flame,add salt and spring onion roundels, stir fry for a minute , add vegs and onion tops along with rice and further stir fry for 5 minutes on high flame. Again add 1/4 cup onion tops, mix well and off the gas . Serve hot
