Patties with Valentine's

Ingredients to make Patties with Valentine's

  • Mashed potatoes 1 bowl
  • Grated carrot 1 cup
  • Boiled green peas 1 cup
  • Crushed Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Pinch of asafoetida
  • Roasted coriander powder 2 tsp
  • cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Mayonnaise as required
  • oil as required
  • salt to taste
  • Chocolate for garnishing

How to make Patties with Valentine's

  1. Take a frying pan add oil, cumin seeds and asafoetida. When seeds will crack add chopped vegetables and salt. Stir fry then add mashed potatoes.
  2. Mix well together sprinkle with black pepper. Spread roasted coriander powder. Give patties shape and shallow fry.
  3. Arrangement in a plate and cover with mayonnaise, chocolate and carrot. I plucked a rose flower from my garden. It is a symbol of Valentine.
