Ingredients to make Ajwain fried fish

  • Boneless Betki fish 500gm
  • haldi powder 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Chaat masala powder 1tsp
  • lemon juice 1tbsp
  • garlic paste 2tsp
  • Ajwain1/2 tsp
  • oil 2tbsp
  • Fresh coriander leaves

How to make Ajwain fried fish

  1. Marinate fish in the ingredients except ajwain
  2. Heat oil and add ajwain
  3. Add marinated fish
  4. Cook on high heat till it changes colour and dry
  5. Add some chopped coriander leaves

My Tip:

U can marinate fish ahead and fry just before the guest arrives U can also add crushed mint leaves
