ABOUT Strawberry panacotta RECIPE

A panacotta is a very delicious italian custard.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 1/2 cup whole milk
  2. 1/3 cup sugar
  3. 1 1/2 cup heavy cream (cooking cream)
  4. 1 tsp strawberry essence
  5. 3 tsp gelatine
  6. 1/4 cup Strawberry pulp
  7. 1/4 cup Chopped strawberry


  1. In a small saucepan sprinkle gelatine dissolve with hot water keep aside
  2. In a large saucepan take cream , milk and sugar just to boil medium heat stirring continually
  3. Remove saucepan from heat add in dissolved gelatine mix stirring continually till completey dissolved
  4. Again keep on flame for 1 to 2 min stirring constantly turn off flame
  5. Remove from flame cool for a minutes
  6. Add in strawberry essence mix well
  7. Starin the muxture another bowl
  8. Wait for normal temperature of mixture
  9. When it cool completely pour in mould, glasses as you like moulds (containers , shape mould etc.)
  10. Cover with kling or plastic wrap
  11. Refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours or overnight
  12. After set the panacotta garnish with chopped strawberry & strawberry pulp
  13. Serve cold
