Strawberry Pannacota

Ingredients to make Strawberry Pannacota

  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • Milk 12 cup
  • sugar 4 tbsp
  • Gelatin 1 tsp
  • Strawberries 4-5

How to make Strawberry Pannacota

  1. 1. Add 1 tbsp water to the gelatin and keep it aside
  2. 2. Purée Strawberries In a blender
  3. 3. Heat milk, sugar and cream until the sugar is just melted. switch off the flame and add strawberry purée. Mix it well.
  4. 4. Add gelatin mixture and mix it well until well combined
  5. 5. Pour it into desired moulds. and freeze it for 1 hours.
  6. 6. Demould and serve chilled

My Tip:

Refrigerate for 4 hours or even overnight gives better results.
