Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Baby potatoes approx 1/2 kg (try to get one inch of same size)
  2. Salt
  3. Garlic minced 2-3 tsp
  4. Chilli powder -1/4 tsp
  5. Pepper powder-1/4 tsp
  6. Rosemary - 2 tsp
  7. Olive oil 2tbspn


  1. Boil n peal the skin of potatoes, if you like it with skin you go that way .. I love with skin so I dint remove .. but if you remove the skin you get the flavour lil more rich. Potatoes should be cooked exactly not overcooked or not half cook
  2. Take all other ingredients in a bowl toss well until mix
  3. .Add salt while cooking potatoes and also while tossing ..Dint measure exact measurement of salt so add carefully.
  4. Mean while preheat oven.
  5. Insert it in metal skewers and grill it at 220 c for 30 or 40 min or until it turns golden brown I got it in 30min.
  6. Serve it with your favourite dip or sour cream.
  7. Super starter
