Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 8 bread slices
  2. Half cup butter
  3. For green layer-
  4. Half cup grated paneer
  5. Mint Chutney
  6. Salt
  7. For orange layer_
  8. Half cup grated carrot
  9. 2tbsp mayo
  10. Salt
  11. For red layer_
  12. Half cup grated beetroot
  13. Red chutney
  14. Salt


  1. Butter all the slices
  2. Mix paneer green chutney and salt to a soft paste.
  3. Mix grated carrot, mayo and salt in other bowl.
  4. Mix grated beet in red chutney and salt.
  5. Spread red layer on a slice.cover with other slice
  6. Spread green layer on second slice
  7. Cover with third slice and spread orange layer.
  8. Top with forth slice.
  9. Cut edges from all sides
  10. Now cut all in two strips
  11. Garnish with sev bhujiya and cherry tomato. Top with coriander leaves
