ABOUT Baked Brie in Puff Pastry RECIPE

I can think its a best appetizer for kids,all you need is frozen puff pastry and brie.Also some variation i add storebought strawberry jam over the brie and baked it.It was a unbeatable combo ...Got inspired the recipe from pinterest.

Ingredients Serving: 4

Frozen Puff Pastry -1 Sheet (Thawed)
Brie Cheese - 1 round
egg - 1 (Beaten)
All Purpose Flour -as needed(For rolling)
Jam - 2 tbsp (I used Strawberry Jam)

Instructions

*Preheat the oven at 200 °C.Place a parchement paper in a baking Tray.
*Dust your counter with little flour.Unwrap the puff pastry roll it slightly .Mine is Rectangular shaped sheet.
*If you want cut the sheet in two , place the half cut brie in centre.Top with strawberry jam .Fold the corners over the brie and press the edges well using your hand.
*Transfer it to a baking tray and brush it with beaten egg and bake it for 20 mins.It depends upon your oven how much time you need to bake it.
*Once the pastry is deep golden brown,Remove from the oven .Give a time to cool down for 10 mins before cutting it.
*Serve it warm,its divine !!
