Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 300 gram spaghetti
  2. 20 strawberries
  3. 25 cherry tomatoes
  4. garlic pods 7
  5. One Small onion
  6. sugar one tspn
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Vinegar one tspn
  9. basil leaves 8-9
  10. olive oil 5 tablespoons
  11. italian seasoning as per taste
  12. Water half cup
  13. one fresh red whole chilli

Instructions

  1. boil spaghetti in water with one tspn oil n salt half tspn
  2. boil till 90% cooked strain n keep in colander
  3. prepare sauce
  4. in a pan take two tabsn olive oil add chopped garlic cook for a minute
  5. add chopped onion cook a minute again
  6. add roughly chopped tomatoes n strawberries add salt and one fresh big red chilli cook for two minutes
  7. cool . n purée it
  8. in a pan again take oil one tspn add fine chopped strawberries n cherry tomatoes add italian seasoning
  9. cook for a minute mix it with the strawberries n tomatoes purée
  10. now in a pan take two tabsn oil add boiled spaghetti salt n torn basil leaves mix well
  11. arrange in a plate top it with sauce serve with garlic bread
