Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Khoya 4 tablespoon
  2. Powderd sugar 1/2 tablespoon
  3. Bread 3
  4. Kaju ,pistachios, almond crushed 2 tablespoon each
  5. Sugar syrup:-1cup water +1/2cup sugar
  6. Oil 4 tablespoon/ butter
  7. Coconut powder 1 tablespoon


  1. First fry khoya
  2. Take aside khoya when it turned into brown
  3. Now add powder sugar on it and some dry fruits
  4. And also add coconut powder and mix it well
  5. Take bread and cut its side areas
  6. Pour bread into water wet it
  7. And take this bread put mixture of khoya in it
  8. And make modak like shape of bread cover it from all side
  9. Fry these bread in oil until turn into brown
  10. Take out these breads and put it into sugar syrup
  11. And then sprinkle some pistachio on it
  12. Its ready
