Few days back i had spaghetti in tomato soup with pesto flavor. I like it. And today remembering that tried making another version of tomato and pesto. I always make my fresh pesto. Sharing the recipe for everyone here. Enjoii!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Spaghetti 125 gms(1/3rd of a pack)
  2. Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  3. Dried basil leaves 1tsp
  4. Garlic flakes 2-3
  5. Pine nuts 2 tsp
  6. Tomato 1 big size
  7. Cream cheese 1 tbsp
  8. Olive oil 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil spaghetti with salt till al Dante.
  2. Once done wash it in cold water so that spaghetti doesn't stick to one another.
  3. In the movie jar add pine nuts, grind them
  4. Then add the chopped coriander leaves, 2flakes of garlic and dried basil and make paste
  5. After that add chopped tomato in it and make paste of all the ingredients.
  6. Now take a pan and add oil in it.
  7. Add the pesto sauce and saute.
  8. Add cream cheese to it and sauce for little more.
  9. Add spaghetti to it. Let it be in the pan for 5 mins.
  10. Switch off the gas and serve your spaghetti.
