ABOUT Rice Roti with Flax seeds. RECIPE

As my great grand mother in law is Parsee Rice roti is made frequently at our place Since 1978. We serve it with vege, nonvege gravies, Egg bhuraji and with Omlet in Breakfast too. I have added Flax seeds to it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice Flour 2 cups
  2. Flax seeds 1 tsp
  3. Ghee / clarified butter 1 tbsp
  4. Salt a pinch
  5. Hot water( not boiling hot).
  6. Butter / ghee to apply.

Instructions

  1. Take rice flour in a bowl. Add ghee , salt and flax seeds.Mix well.
  2. Add hot water gradually mixing with the help of Spatula.
  3. Knead flour to make Roties.
  4. Make balls and roll Roti. Roast on a nonstick griddle.
  5. Apply butter / ghee and serve with Omlet, vege nonvege gravies or Egg bhuraji.
