Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1+1/2 bowl wheat flour
  2. 1 bowl washed andchopped fresh methi leaves /fredh fenugreek leaves
  3. 1 table spoon grated ginger
  4. 1 table spoon chopped green chillies
  5. 1 table spoon oil
  6. 1 tea spoon salt
  7. 1 tea spoon carom seeds
  8. 1/2 tea spoom red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tea spoon garam masala
  10. Water to kneed as required

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a big vessel and with water make a soft dough at last add oil and again knead it keep it for 10 minutes
  2. Then take a dumpling out of the dough roll like a big chapati cut into 4 stripes then cut reverse 4 stripes arrange the16 pieces upon another
  3. Then dust flour and roll to make it like parantha Cook on tawa with sufficient oil
