Ingredients to make Methi parantha

  • 2cupfresh fenugreek leaves (methi leaves)
  • 2cup wheat flour
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 chopped green chilly
  • 1/4 tbs red chilly
  • clarified butter (deshi ghee)

How to make Methi parantha

  1. Cut fenugreek leaves wash and boil for 5 mintues and grind
  2. Mix fenugreek puri into wheatflour salt green chilly and red chilly and knead a soft dough
  3. Make parantha apply ghee for crispy ness

My Tip:

You can also add 2tbs gram flour
