Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Wheat Flour
  2. 1/2 cup chopped methi leaves
  3. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  4. 1/2 tsp carrom seeds
  5. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  6. 1 tbsp malai, fresh cream
  7. Water, as required
  8. Ghee, as required


  1. Take flour in a bowl, add chopped methi leaves.
  2. Add all dry spices , salt and malai.
  3. Using enough water make a soft dough and keep aside for 10 mins.
  4. Heat tawa and roll out medium size paranthas.
  5. Shallow fry the paranthas with ghee .
  6. Serve hot with your favourite veggie, curd or chutney.
