These paranthas are made with fresh methi leaves.They are winter must ,healthy and tasty.....loved by all.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour-1 cup
  2. Gram flour-1/2 cup
  3. Fresh chopped fengurek/methi leaves 1/2cup
  4. Cumin Powder-1 tsp
  5. Carrom seeds-1 tsp
  6. Black pepper-1 tsp
  7. Salt-1 tsp or as per taste
  8. Desi ghee/clarrified butter-3 tsp
  9. water to knead dough
  10. Oil to cook 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Take wheat flour,gram flour in a bowl.
  2. To it add cumin powder,carrom seeds, salt,black pepper.mix well
  3. Then add methi leaves finely chopped to it.
  4. Next add clarrified butter to it .mix everything
  5. Then add water in small amount and need a dough not too hard or soft
  6. Keep at rest for 15 minutes
  7. Then after 15 minutes.take small portion of dough say of a medium size lemon.
  8. Apply dry flour to it and roll it to round roti with help of rolling pin.
  9. Heat pan /tawa .
  10. Place roti on it ,at medium flame ,cook from both sides,apply oil or clarrified butter to make it crisp
  11. As it gets golden brown colour from both sides .Take it out on plate and enjoy with butter,curd or pickle.
  12. Similarly make all.
